PRAISE & WORSHIP MINISTRY
The worship experience at Global Worship Center is nothing short of exuberant, impactful, revolutionary and captivating. As a prophetic house, our primary mandate in gathering individuals, families and communities is to create an atmosphere conducive for the Holy Spirit to dwell and to offer a corporate sound that provokes heaven to respond. Through prophetic and spontaneous songs of love, praise, adoration and gratitude, The GWC Worship Team, led by Min. Angella Mckenzie uses the instruments of voice, drums, and keys to release the flow of the Holy Spirit and capture the essence of what authentic worship truly encompasses.
PROPHETIC MOVERS DANCE MINISTRY
The Prophetic Praise Dancers at Global Worship Center are stewards of the glory of God who are mandated to charge the atmosphere prophetically through the movement of their hands, feet, flags, banners and regalia. Through the use of body movement, creative expression and prophetic dance, GWC’s Prophetic Praise Dancers share the role of translating the heart of the people and the prophetic utterances of God through symbolism and body communication. The group, led by Dr. Sheletia Kemp comprises a mix of females between the ages of 5 to adulthood, who serve diligently to fulfil the mission of Global Worship Center, in transforming lives through worship.
GWC INTERCESSORY MINISTRY
At Global Worship Center, prayer and intercession is a strategic, aggressive and militant discipline that has proven to foster holistic results. Our intercessory team, led by our in-house pastor, Pastor Virginia Gibson, consists of approximately twenty (20) intercessors who are faithful to the call of intercession and have committed themselves to girding the ministry of GWC, the communities of The Bahamas and the nations of the world through the authority in corporate prayer. Being a ministry built on apostolic and prophetic principles, prayer at Global Worship Center carries a prophetic connotation and is often inspired by the happenings within the spirit. As the Word of God, in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, instructs us to “pray without ceasing,” the ministry of Global Worship Center is very keen on reserving specific time for organized prayer gatherings among our leadership and members, with corporate prayer hosted on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. virtually to bring reinforcement to the needs of the ministry, leaders, members and followers through the power of prayer.
GLOBAL KIDS MINISTRY
Global Kids Ministry is an interactive, youth- friendly in-house ministry within Global Worship Center, built on the foundation of a bible-based curriculum coupled with biblical practices and principles. Spearheaded by Sis. Angel Bodie, our aim is to expose our youth to the Gospel of Jesus Christ by grounding them in prophetic and apostolic teachings that are palatable for their age groups. From scripture recitals and bible worksheets to arts and crafts and open discussions, Global Kids is working diligently to lay a foundation of sound Christian education and philosophies into the upcoming generation of believers and five-fold ministry gifts.
The group meets virtually on Zoom, every 2nd and 3rd Friday of each month. In the year 2020, Global Kids Ministry launched a Virtual Vacation Bible School with an entrepreneurial theme to plant seeds of wealth and leadership into our kids ensuring that they understand the power of giving, saving and investing. Certainly our Global Kids are being transformed and is preparing to “transform the world through the Word, Worship and Greater works.”

GLOBAL YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY (GYAM)
Global Young Adults Ministry is an active, engaging, and purpose-driven group of millennial adults determined to set ablaze a young generation of believers through the assignment of purpose and the work of ministry. Spearheaded by Sis. Tikoiya Thompson and Bro. Ricardo Mitchell, GYAM is a movement making strides to capture the hearts and minds of young adults globally and offer them a place in a thriving community that can aid in their holistic development.
Founded on the principle “Leaders reproducing leaders,” GYAM has fostered countless pathways to cultivate the seeds of leadership within its followers such as heart to heart meetings, prayer assignments, game nights, coaching sessions and spontaneous gift-giving. Most recently, the Young Adult Ministry launched a social media talk show known as “Millennials Now – Say So” which is a weekly show geared toward young adults that addresses common issues and concerns that plague millennials such as Education, Spiritual Growth, Creative Arts & Entertainment, and Mental Health etc. Season One of the talk show, which aired Thursdays at 8pm, experienced great success as it featured a wonderful line-up of interviewees such as Dr. Glen Russell, Senior Pastor, New Destiny Kingdom Center in Freeport, Grand Bahama and Kristoff Rolle, a media powerhouse and young entrepreneur dominating the media scene locally.
Overall, the Global Young Adults Ministry is committed to transforming young adults fostering a spirit-filled, transparent, mature and transformational community of young leaders.
GLOBAL CARE AND OUTREACH MINISTRY
GWC’s Care & Outreach Ministry led by Pastor Jennifer Sands is a dynamic model of what love, hope, compassion and hospitality in the Kingdom of God truly embodies. Our Care Ministry is devoted to caring for both our ministry and communities through various outreach initiatives and acts of kindness. This past year, the ministry hosted a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day Breakfast Giveaway in the Eastern District of Nassau, Bahamas, which also included a grocery voucher giveaway to assist families in need of groceries. Nearby community helpers and agencies such as The Royal Bahamas Police Force’s Eastern Division Officers, Medical Staff at The Elizabeth Estates Clinic and the Elizabeth Estates Children’s Home also received complimentary breakfast from both initiatives.
Additionally, the Care Ministry is also dedicated to ensuring that persons connected to the ministry are given support and encouragement particularly in the midst of crisis, such as illnesses, death of a loved one or financial hardships. The Care Team endeavours to continually be the backbone and support system of the ministry as a whole by ensuring that leaders, members and followers alike have access to a pillar of hope and beacon of light that mirrors the love, the grace of God and the very presence of God.
